Good morning!  The Cudas started online registration last night.  So far a great success with 23 families and 41 swimmers signed up.  Thank you for your patience as we try online registration for the first year.  We are receiving wonderful, positive feedback about the ability and convenience of performing registration online.  We have noticed a few things that we want to pass onto families that may select the online registration process.

 

1.  You can register without being signed into your account.  If you forgot your username and password, no worries!  Just click the red Online Registration box and the system will get you going. 

 

2.  To fully complete the online registration process, payment must be submitted by credit card or a PayPal account.  Please note, some people are having issues with this last step of the process.  At the end of the online registration process, a separate window box/tab will open up that will take you to PayPal.  Once this window tab opens up, you will have the option to  pay using your own PayPal account or pay by credit card.  The issue are that some families aren't getting the new window tab to pop up or if they get to the window tab and make payment, their computer seems to freeze and never move forward (the dreaded - wheel keeps spinning).  We have found two solutions to these issues:

(a)  Temporarily disable Pop-Up Blockers on your computer to allow the PayPal window to open

(b)  Try using Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer (IE).  Specifically IE 11

 

Remember, registration must be completed in person at the Northampton MUD building during the dates and times previously mentioned to collect your volunteer check and MUD fees (if a MUD fee applies).  The online registration will allow you to perform the bulk of registration on your time when it's most convenient for you, speeding up the in person registration.  Of course, you can wait until the in person registration to complete your entire registration.  The Board will be present at the MUD building to help you through the process.
