Setup for visiting teams is on the east side of the pool (the side with the playground). Concessions are available for breakfast and lunch—the best in the league! Cash and credit cards are accepted.

Parking is available in the visitor parking lot or along Northcrest Drive on the west side of the pool. Please follow these guidelines to allow for smooth traffic flow and respect nearby residents:

• Do not park at a stop sign.
• Do not block a fire hydrant or driveway.
• On residential streets, parking is permitted on one side of the street only to allow emergency vehicles to pass unobstructed.
• Do not park where "No Parking" signs are posted.

Please coordinate meet entry exchange with our Clerk of Course. Morning relay changes are due by 8:00 am, and freestyle relay changes are due by the end of Event 48 to the Clerk of Course.

7:00–7:40 am     Cuda warm-up
7:45–8:15 am     Visitor warm-up
8:00 am              Officials meeting in computer room
8:15 am              All-timers meeting at starter
8:15 am              1st shift ready bench arrival
8:30 am              Meet start

Please coordinate/confirm volunteer positions with our Volunteer Coordinator, and advise the Head Official of your officials and their certification level. We have two shifts: Events 1–40 (1st Shift) & 41–80 (2nd Shift)

Volunteers needed:

• Timing: Each swim lane will have two timers and one scribe. All timing volunteers are asked to meet at the starter at 8:15 AM.
  –6 timers per shift
  –3 scribes per shift (odd lanes)
  –Head timer to switch with ours for 2nd Shift

• Ready bench: 1st shift reports to ready bench at 8:15 AM; 2nd shift reports at Event #40.
  –3 ready-bench volunteers per shift

• Computer room:
  –1 data verifier for 2nd shift only
  –1 runner for 2nd shift only
  –1 ribbons volunteer to manage your team’s ribbons
