Saturday May 14- Away swim meet at WINDROSE—

 

Deadline to register is Tuesday May 10th (tonight) at midnight!  You MUST register online for your events in order to swim at the meet.  There are NO on-deck entries for dual meets. 

 

Each swimmer is limited to 3 individual events and 2 relay events.  Relay events will be created after online registration closes.  The Coaches will select all relay swimmers.

 

Each swimmer must have a time to swim in any event.  If your swimmer does not have a time in an event they want to swim, they must be timed TODAY May 10 preceding this meet during practice.  NTs are not allowed!!

 

Pool Location: 5730 Pinelakes Blvd, Spring, TX 77379

 

Check-In Begins at 6:45am.  You must be checked in by 7:15am to be placed on a relay.  Swimmers will be scratched from relays if not checked in by 7:15 am. The home team (Windrose) will let us know when warmups begin.  We currently don’t have that information but plan on warming up as early as 7:15am (7:15-7:45am) or from 7:45am-8:15am. 

 

*IronMan Texas is this Saturday.  The bike route is planned to come through our area.  The posted time for our area for bike riders is from 9am to 2pm.  The IronMan bike route shouldn’t affect getting to the meet by 7:15am.  However, I would advise that everyone plan on leaving 15 minutes earlier than anticipated to make sure you arrive on time

Remember, you must sign up by tonight to swim at the meet on Saturday.  We must approve the entries and send the file to the other team.  Please go online to declare for the meet today!
