The Divisional Meet is this Saturday!  The meet is at Kingwood High School.  I have attached a google map image for directions.  It is an easy drive if you take the Grand Parkway.  I will warn you that once on Kingwood Drive, the trees make it hard to see the high school from the road.  The first stoplight AFTER Valley Manor is the entrance to the Kingwood HS parking lot.  It is a left turn. 

I have also attached a file that shows a map of the portion of Kingwood High School that we will be in.  When you enter through the entrance from the parking lot, you will take a left down the hallway to the commons.  Our swimmers & parents will set up together in that area. Please bring chairs, but our space is limited.

There will be NO physical heat sheets for sale at the meet.  John Irwin, our Computer Guru, is putting the "heat sheet" file on the Cudas website for you to peruse and/or print if you like.  We will also be using the dolphin system so there will not be times on the scoreboard.  If you would like to keep up with your swimmer's times during the meet, you can use Meet Vision on your phone for real time event updates.  If you have never done this, you can access it by using your smartphone and going to the Cudas Webpage: Log in: select the 3 bars at the top right of the page: select Cuda Meets: select 2016 C1 Divisional Meet: select Meet Vision.  From there you can select any event you would like to look at.  If it has already swum, you will see results.  If it has not, you will see the heat, lane and seed time of each swimmer in the event.

Concessions will be provided by Windrose swim team.  I have attached their menu.  Looks like some good food will be available!

Our warm up time is bright and early at 7:00am on Saturday.  We will only have 25 minutes to warmup all ages and there will be no other time to warm up.  Please plan to be there early so you can get settled and have your swimmer at the pool ready to warm-up by 7:00am.

Finally, this is a big meet and it cannot happen with volunteers!  Each team is responsible for a number of volunteers.  We are short volunteers in a few areas, especially timers and scribe!  Please help us make sure the meet moves efficiently by making sure all our volunteer slots get filled!!! With a complete compliment of volunteers, officials, and fast swimmers, we can run a fast meet, which I know we all would greatly appreciate!
