Calling All Cudas,

Tomorrow is BLACK and GOLD Day - break out your best black and gold gear to show your Cuda Spirit!  Don't forget there is no evening practice tomorrow.

Tomorrow night is our last Spirit Party of the season from 6 - 7 pm.  Please bring your favorite pasta to share with your team mates.  Don't forget drinks for your family and a utensil to serve your pasta.  There will be no swimming so we can all be well rested for our big meet on Saturday.  We will decorate our cars and there will be team cheering too!
