Hi everyone,

If your swimmer missed all or a part of time trials, they will need to attend tonight's practice (their regularly scheduled practice) to be timed in the events that they missed.  If your swimmer does not have a time for a particular stroke, they may not be able to swim that stroke at this Saturday's dual meet.

If you missed all or part of time trials and did not send Coach Laura and/or myself an email, please do so and let us know what events you need to be timed in.  We are trying to understand how many swimmers will need to be timed tonight.

To quickly see your swimmer's times from this past weekend and to see what times they are missing, please follow this steps.

• Click on the "Actions" tab directly below your name in the upper right hand corner of the home page.
• Click on "Parent Page".
• On the Parent Page, you will see a list of your swimmers.  Click the stick figure swimmer in the actions column.

You can use this time trials section to determine which events your swimmer still needs times for.  The IM times that were taken last week have not been entered yet, so these will still showing as missing.  Your swimmer will not need to re-swim this tonight.

If your swimmers have all of their times, you may RSVP for this Saturday's meet.  After you RSVP "yes", a 2nd window will pop up that allows you to choose your events.  You may choose up to 3 events.
