Hi Cudas -

   I wanted to send out a quick thank you to our many volunteers who stepped up today, picking up extra shifts when the team needed you.  We went into the meet with several key vacancies on our job list.  I appreciate all of you who were so willing to be flexible and step in to help - especially those who've surpassed the 8-point requirement. 

   Without going into too much detail about the "backstory", the volunteer spots have to largely be created prior to registration.  In other words, we're going into it without knowing what the full roster is going to look like.  Please be patient with us.  The 8-point requirement is truly a minimum, and sometimes people will be asked to do more.  Thanks for working with the Committee Heads and Board members.  We're all doing the best we can.

   That said...a lot of openings still exist for Saturday.  If you haven't committed to your 8-point minimum, please login and claim your spots.  If you'd like to go ahead and claim a few "above and beyond" the minimum, I won't stop you.  ;)
