Congratulations!

You have a swimmer/s who has qualified for the Trinity Invitational Meet.  We have had a fantastic summer season and as we gear up for Divisionals this weekend, I wanted to send out a reminder for the Trinity Invitational Meet that will be happening on Saturday, June 24th for 10 & Under swimmers and Sunday, June 25th for 11 & Up swimmers.  The meet will be held at the Conroe Natatorium.  Team members who qualify are encouraged, but not required to participate.

Some of you have already registered to swim, but for those of you who have qualified and not registered – we need your help.  Please go to SwimTeam.us by Saturday May 17th and RSVP with “YES” or “NO” on the Trinity event.  If your child is swimming, please go to SwimTeam.us site and select the events they want to swim by clicking on the swimmer icon on the Trinity event.  Please make sure to sign up for the events they want to swim, we cannot guess who wants to swim which event.  If you qualify in additional strokes at the Divisional meet this weekend, we must know by Saturday which events you want to swim.  Please find Kristi Davis at the Divisional meet or email her at  [email protected].

The format of the Trinity meet is: 

Saturday June 25th will be all individual events and both free and medley relays for 10 & Under swimmers.  The girls and boys will be swimming in the same 8 lane pool.  BONUS EVENTS: If your swimmer has achieved a TRINITY time (gold or silver) in at least three events, and has entered Trinity in at least three events, the swimmer will be allowed to enter any remaining event(s) for his/her age group for which the swimmer has not achieved a Trinity time but has an Official time made without disqualification during a Dual, Divisional or Invitational Meet.

Sunday June 26th will be all individual events and both free and medley relays for 11 & Up swimmers.  The girls and boys will be swimming in two different 8 lane pools.  BONUS EVENTS: If your swimmer has achieved a TRINITY time (gold or silver) in at least three events, and has entered Trinity in at least three events, the swimmer will be allowed to enter any remaining event(s) for his/her age group for which the swimmer has not achieved a Trinity time, but has an Official time made without disqualification during a Dual, Divisional or Invitational Meet.  The exception is the 100 Free, swimmers must achieve the time standard to enter this event.

The fee for the Trinity meet is $5.00 per individual event and is payable in cash or check to the Northampton Cudas.  Kristi Davis will be available at the Divisional meet to collect fees.
