Hey Cudas,

We have had an awesome Spirit Week so far!  Our Movie Night on Wednesday in the park was SO fun!

Tomorrow is Black and Gold - wear your best black and gold gear to all practices.   Tomorrow night is our Annual Black and Gold Pasta Party from 6-7 pm.  Wear your black and gold gear and bring your favorite pasta to share with your team.  

New this year - the pool will be OPEN!

We will also be decorating cars and making posters.  We will have car markers and some poster making supplies, but feel free to bring your own.

The Cudas will have water and Gatorade to go with your pasta, and please don't forget a serving utensil.
