2017 Trinity Invitational Meet
Location: Conroe ISD Natatorium – 19133 David Memorial Drive, Shenandoah, TX 77385 – Two 8 lane, 25-yard anti wave pools with non-turbulent lane lines, running simultaneously, Scoreboard results. Spectator seating capacity is about 1000 and is for observation only.

Saturday June 24, 2017:
Arrive by 6:20 AM, Warm ups from 6:40 AM-7:00 AM in West pool, Lanes 6-8, meet starts at 8:00 AM
Sunday June 25, 2017:
Arrive by 6:20 AM, Warm ups from 6:40 AM-7:00 AM in East pool, Lanes 6-7, meet starts at 8:00 AM
Meet Timeline: The timeline is attached to this email, as is a layout of the pool.
Timers: The host teams are asking for volunteers and have provided this link to sign up. If you want the meet to pass quickly and be close to the action in the pool, then follow this link.
Meet: This is a pre-seeded meet that will be seeded slowest to fastest. All heat and lane assignments will be made prior to the meet. There will be no re-seeding at the ready bench. The heat and lane assignments will be shown in the Meet Program that is for sale.
Team Set-up: There is NO SETUP in the Spectator bleacher seating, it is for observation only. Team setup is outdoors, under the stadium with additional space in the grass on the west side of the NAT. Some areas are shaded, some are not. Tents are advised.
Items to bring: tents, chairs, fans, Cuda stuff, books, games, snacks (such as fruit, PB&J, clif bars, smoothies, veggies, trail mix), water, gatorade, sweats (the commons can be cold for wet swimmers), extra towels, blankets, extra goggles and swim caps
Ready Bench: Since there are no tent parents at this meet, each swimmer (with their parent’s help for the younger age groups) is responsible to be at the ready bench area when their event is called. Please know your event numbers (they are listed in the meet time line) and listen for when your event is called.
Relays: There are 30 relays entered this weekend, your swimmer may be entered in Trinity as a relay only swimmer even if they did not qualify in their individual events. Please make sure to check the attached pdf (2017 Trinity Relays) to see if your child has been placed on a relay. Relays were compiled by top times and availability. Relays are subject to change at the meet if needed.
Awards: Presentation of Awards will be conducted after the conclusion of each day’s session. Individual event awards are given for both Gold and Silver groups in 1st-8th place. Relay event awards will be given to all 4 participants in the 1st-8th place relays.
Payment Reminder: If you have not paid for this meet please do so this week. The amount is $5.00 per individual event payable in cash or check to the Northampton Cudas, if sending cash please put it in an envelope with your swimmer’s name. The team pays for relays.
