What an amazing day for the Cudas.  Our new Cudas are really making a name for themselves and learning what it means to be a Cuda while our veteran Cudas are keeping the Cuda spirit alive!!  We had lots of time drops today and I am especially proud of those swimmers that took on the many challenges that I presented to them this week!  I see you, and you are AWESOME!

I will have all Sprint Sizzler qualifications on the board at all practices this week!  Keep in mind that all 13&up swimmers qualify in all events.  12 and under swimmers that qualify in at least two events will be allowed to swim all additional events provided they have a legal time swum.

Exception is 10&under must have a qualifying time for the 100IM and 50 free and 11-12 swimmers must have a qualifying time for 100IM and 100free events to declare these events.

MEET ENTRIES FOR SPRINT SIZZLER ARE DUE SATURDAY, MAY 23RD AT MIDNIGHT. If you know that you will be attending, go in and declare now and in notes let me know what days you will be there (Sunday, Monday or both).   Things will need to be done quickly after our away meet next weekend.
