Hey Cudas,

The first week or two of swim can be challenging for new swimmers as they build the confidence to make their first big splash. Often times it takes some extra encouragement from parents and coaches.

With the first weeks behind us, I want to remind parents that only Coaches and Swimmers are permitted to be on the pool deck (inside the fence) during practice. Its a league rule enforced by NWAL ,and the insurance co. :)  

Our coaching staff will do a great job of teaching and supporting your swimmers during practice.
