 adjusted times below. 

**Ages 6-18- 10:00-11:00 a.m. (9 spots still available) 

Ages 11 & over- combined with ages 6-10 starting at 10 am-11 am. 

swimmers must be able to swim free and back for duration of clinic. 

$10 per swimmer, pay by check to Northampton Cudas or cash at the start of the clinic. We will work on stroke technique for all strokes, starts, and turns
