Hey Cudas,

We have had a great Spirit Week!  Tomorrow is Black and Gold Day.  Wear your best black and gold Cuda gear to practice and join us for tomorrow night's Spirit Party.

The party is from 6-7pm at the Northcrest Pavillion.  

Bring your favorite pasta to share with your team mates, and don't forget a serving utensil.  The team will provide water, plates, napkins and eating utensils.

There will be team cheering, poster making, car decorating, and the pool will be open.
