Howdy everyone,

Our first meet of the season is this weekend at Imperial Oaks.  Please log onto the website and declare whether or not your swimmers will be attending this meet. Meet sign up ends at midnight tonight.

To declare for this meet, click on "Cuda Meets" under "Swim Meets" on the home page. Click on "Meet Entry" next to this weekend's meet. You will then see a list of your swimmers. Click on "Edit". For each of your swimmers, select "Attending this Event". A list of available events pop open. Choose up to 3 events for this meet.  You can also let the coaches know whether your swimmers are available for all, some or none of the relays.

If your swimmer cannot attend, please select "Not Attending this Event". It is helpful to us for you to confirm that you swimmers will not be there.

When selecting your swimmer's events, if you do not see a time, then this means that we do not have a time trial time for your swimmer for this event.  You cannot swim any event during the season without a time trial time whether it be from the actual time trials, the make up time trials, or any times done by the coaches during practice.

If your swimmer needs times for this weekend's meet, they must be at practice tonight (regularly schedule practice time) to be timed in any missing events.  If they have 3 events already timed, they can swim these events this weekend. They may asked to be timed in the missing events during the week, and we can enter these times to be ready for our meet on the 19th.

If your swimmer is not interested in swimming the 50 free (10 & under), 100 free (11 & under), and IM during any of our meets, they do not need to receive a time trial time for these events.
