Howdy Cudas!

Hopefully you have noticed that our time trials are this Friday (April 27th).  Time trials will be a Klein Oak high school this year.  It is time to sign up your swimmers for time trials.  We want all swimmers to be there.  We will also be taking individual and team pictures before time trials starts.

To declare for this meet, click on "Cuda Meets" under "Swim Meets" on the home page. Click on "Meet Entry" next to the Time Trials event.  You will then see a list of your swimmer.  Click on "Edit".  For each of your swimmers, select "Attending this Event".  A list of available events pop open.  Click on all events (6 & unders will only select Free and Back).

If your swimmer cannot attend, please select "Not Attending this Event".  It is helpful to us for you to confirm that you swimmers will not be there.  Make up time trials will be announced later and will require parent to time events for their swimmers.

We are having time trials on a Friday night to make the event more fun and give everyone a Saturday back.  With a lot of swimmers still in baseball, softball, soccer, etc.. we are hoping that there will be less conflict with other sports and more swimmers can attend time trials.

Individual pictures will start at 4pm in the pool area.  Team picture will be at 5:30 out back. Big Fish / Little Fish meet up will be immediately following team pictures.  Warm ups will be next for 30 minutes.  The meet should start around 6:30.  Even if not purchasing individual pictures, please be to Klein Oak by 5:15.  The times above are pushed back from the original schedule to help the middle school kids get there for pictures.  Please plan on going straight from school to time trials.

Swimmers will swim all events, but we will not be swimming the IM, the 100 free (50 free for 10 & unders), or the relays.  I have moved up 6 & under back stroke to be immediately all free style events so the young swimmers can leave early.

For concessions, we will have our normal selection plus we will be selling fajitas.  So come out hungry and have dinner from our concession stand.  Kona Ice will also be there selling their awesome flavored ice.

Set up will be outside, behind the natatorium on the practice field.  Since it will be in the evening, there will not be canopies set up.  Please locate your swimmers age group and have your swimmer sit with their age group so that the tent parents can help get your swimmer to ready bench.

Entry and exit from the pool area, except for swimmers being escorted in from ready bench, will be from the side of the entrance.  We need to keep the dirt and sand from the pool deck.  Swimmer coming from ready bench will be required to rinse off their feet before entering the pool deck.  We will have this wash station set up for the swimmers.  Please help keep your kids out of the sandy areas to help keep the pool area clean.

There are still jobs that need volunteers to fill, so please sign up for these spots when signin up your swimmers.
